There are two different applications.  Please check the job description for determination of use.

For Social Services jobs, use the North Dakota Department of Human Services Employment Application Forms are available in both Acrobat and RTF.

For all other County jobs, use the Cass County Application to apply on-line.  This form is in html format and may also be printed from your browser if you prefer to mail it in.

If using the online form, your application will be sent directly to the County Personnel Office. You will be contacted with interview information as appropriate.
