We (the FAA) use your email address only to deliver Airworthiness Directives, Special Airworthiness Information Bulletins, and information related to your subscription. If you refuse to subscribe with your email address, we'll be unable to fulfill a subscription for you. At any time, you can revoke your subscription by either 1) logging in and accessing your subscriber preferences to delete your account, or 2) sending a request to rgl@faa.gov. Per the Granicus Privacy Policy (linked below) your email address, opt-in date and opt-out date, message history and bulletin details will be retained for 6 years after revoking your subscription, to be used to resolve any legal claims, but in no other way.
